Hilton had become a best-selling author. At its core, it’s an evocative commentary on how one man’s heaven can be jamss man’s hell. I just couldn’t connect with any of the characters.
Again, there is more argument about how quickly to leave. I feel like everyone should at least get a taste of this book at least once, though. I guess I think it comes across as telling, not showing.
